Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be provided in the product listing when applicable.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring they can receive their package. Orders containing only stickers may be shipped via stamped mail and may not include tracking.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before they can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

TheCamillest is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges that may be imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
