Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging whenever possible.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
